With a career spanning over a decade, Katherine has held key leadership roles in financial management, contracts administration, and business operations. Prior to her current role, she served as a Director of Finance and Controller and Contracts Manager, where she ensured compliance with FAR, CAS, and DCAA regulations, and led cross-functional teams in HR, finance, and contracting. Her background also includes financial leadership in both government and private sectors, with a strong foundation in operational excellence, compliance, and process improvement.
