Upcoming HR Reporting Deadlines

September 30 – VETS-4212 due to the DOL *Required for government contractors with a contract or subcontract of $150,000 or more regardless of the number of employees. 

Summary Annual Report (SAR) for 401(k) must be distributed.  *Please check with your 401(k) provider to ensure date. Summary Annual Reports must be distributed within 9 months of the close of the plan year, or if an extension is obtained, within 2 months after the end of the extension period.
